Fay Kimbrell, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to empowering individuals to live a life of purpose and meaning. She uses Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Existential Therapy along with Somatic and Mind-Body work to help people connect to their inner knowing. Fay works with men and women to come to terms with their past, embody their present, and envision the future they desire. Her mission is to help individuals connect to their bodies, their lives, and their relationships.
Fay is trained in several energy healing modalities including Intuitive Healing, Reiki I, and Source Code which she incorporates into her practice when deeper access or understanding is needed.
Fay is also certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and offers psychedelic integration therapy for those looking to understand and their experience with psychedelics and spark transformation.
Fay grew up in New Orleans and appreciates the deep cultural and familial roots of the city. Fay is the mother of three adult children and is enjoying the ‘empty nest’ phase of life. She can often be found in Audubon Park near The Tree of Life, a favorite place to recharge and reconnect for her and the family.
