With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Misty Crawford deMahy offers an integrative approach to structural and manual therapy. A graduate of the Rolf Institute® and its Advanced Rolfing® program, as well as the Osteopathic College of Ontario, Misty combines the principles of Rolfing Structural Integration, osteopathic techniques, and craniosacral therapy to help clients restore balance, ease, and alignment in their bodies. Her sessions are tailored to the individual, drawing from decades of study and practice to address chronic pain, postural patterns, and the underlying dynamics of the nervous system. Misty’s work supports clients in achieving a more balanced and regulated nervous system, fostering greater ease, vitality, and resilience throughout the body.
